Outdoor Education packing list available

Outdoor Education is coming soon!  Are you and your child prepared?  If you have misplaced your packing list, look no further.  Click here to see what your children should be toting with them on this grand adventure.

The mobile dentists are coming

Mobile Dentists will be coming to Park View School on Thursday, March 18th and will bring its preventive dental care program on-site because we know how important good oral health is to our students’ overall general health. The Mobile Dentists team will set up a mini-dental office in our building and will provide dental examinations, cleaning, fluoride treatments, sealants, and x-rays.  In order to receive these services, please complete and return permission forms (English · Spanish). An flyer with additional information was sent home recently with each student.

Feeling out of shape?

If you are in grades 3-8, an opportunity to have fun exercising is happening right now! Free off-season football workouts are taking place at Niles West High School in the field house every Wednesday night from 7-8:30PM. The workouts are run by Niles West’s head varsity football coach, Scott Baum, and other high school coaches. A flyer outlines the specifics.

Emergency closing information

When checking to see if school is open or closed due to bad weather, one should always assume that school is open, as that is always our hope unless it is believed to be unsafe to be outside. The Emergency Closing Center is a reliable place to check for the latest closings. Please refer to Emergency Closing Information fact sheet for additional information as to other methods to find out if school is closed.
