A song in their hearts
Our sixth grade chorus performed beautifully for the seniors at the Morton Grove Senior Center. Song selections included: Sweet Water, LaTiDoTi a 300 year old canon called Jubilate Deo, and a contemporary piece called What A Weird Bird The Frog Is. After performing, the students even served the seniors lunch and enjoyed eating with them. Bravo!
Let's celebrate the end of the school year!
Come join the fun at the End of the Year Bingo Bash, sponsored by the PTO to be held on Friday, May 16. Submit your $6 entry free (order form here) which entitles you to a hot dog, drink and snack, and be ready to play bingo at 7 p.m. Don't miss out on the fun!
Lunchroom update
As the school year is drawing to a close, all lunch accounts in the negative must be paid in full. Beginning May 1, students will not be allowed to receive a lunch or snack if there is no money in their account. Lunches will be taken away and students will receive bread, butter and milk to get them through the day. A call home will also be placed by Mr. Petroline, along with a $1 fee charged to the account for the service provided.
