We're going green! 
This year's student council has adopted the theme of "going green" for the year. The theme was kicked off by asking the students to wear green or other earth colors. Included in the agenda are: revitalizing the awareness of all products that we are able to recycle instead of sending them to the landfills, reviving the Green Team to aid in paper, cardboard and plastic recycling and lastly, a "nonfundraiser". Watch for more information about the GreenSak, one BIG thing you can do for the environment.
We're recycling our paper and making money.
Our district has contracted with Abitibi Consolidated to pick up all of our paper, including newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail, office paper, paperback books, and hard cover books (covers removed). Save all your paper and drop it off at the BRIGHT GREEN dumpster in front of the multipurpose room. It's quite convenient...just drive up and dump your paper.
